About UMak BookIt

UMak BookIt is the official discussion room reservation system of the University of Makati School of Law (SOL) Library. It replaces the library's paper and Google Form sign-ups. Students, faculty and employees sign in with their @umak.edu.ph Google account to see which discussion rooms are free, reserve a time slot (confirmed instantly, first come, first served), and manage or cancel their reservations. Library staff use it to see which rooms are vacant or in use, check groups in and out, and keep room-use records.

Google sign-in is used only to identify you as a UMak member and your reservations; we use your name, email address and profile picture and nothing else from your Google account. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
